Refund policy

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Once your return request is approved, we’ll provide you with a prepaid return shipping label to download and print together with instructions on how and where to send your package. Returns are free of charge.
Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
We cannot accept returns for perishable goods, custom or personalised products, personal care items, or hazardous materials/flammable liquids/gases. We also don’t accept returns on sale items or gift cards. If unsure, please contact us before returning.

Exchanges
The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the item you have; once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
For orders shipped into the EU, you have 14 days to cancel/return for any reason. Items must be unused, with tags, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Refunds

We’ll notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund is approved. If approved, we’ll refund your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank/card issuer may take additional time to post the refund.
